Online yoga: streaming live

You can participate in all my classes online via Zoom.

How does live streaming work?

​

• You need a PC/laptop/tablet/mobile phone with a camera/microphone and an internet connection

• You download the "Zoom" app for free on your PC or whatever else you use at home

• You register on this page 30 minutes before the lesson if you want to participate in a live streaming class

• Payment is made with PayPal oder TWINT before the yoga class

• You   will receive the access link no later than 15 minutes before the start

• Choose a nice place in your home. Roll out your mat, get some pillows, a blanket, and a block (or books) nearby

• Register in the meeting 5 minutes before the start of the lesson with your access link
