Would you like to continue your yoga practice during pregnancy and don't know exactly what to look out for? Are you looking for a way to exercise gently and stay active during pregnancy?
In three workshops we will show you yoga asanas and pranayamas (breathing exercises) that are suitable for your trimester, which will help you to feel good during pregnancy, to be in contact with your body and to approach the topic of childbirth in a relaxed manner.
Women without yoga experience are also welcome.
About us: Yoga has long been an important part of life for both of us - be it our own practice or teaching our yoga classes. We met in 2018 at the pregnancy yoga training in Thailand and look forward to passing on what we have learned in the workshop.
Date:
May 4: for women in their 1st trimester
July 6: for women in their 2nd trimester
October 5: for women in their 3rd trimester
You can attend the workshops individually or register for all three workshops at once.
Timing:
9:15 a.m. Doors open
09.30 a.m. Start workshop
12.30 p.m. End of workshop
During the workshop we will take two short breaks.
Take along:
Comfortable clothes, notepad and pen
Ready for you:
Yoga mats, blocks, straps and blankets, tea and snacks
Costs:
CHF 90.- per workshop or CHF 240.- if you register for all 3 workshops.
The workshops take place with three or more participants.
